Stephen A. Manuele graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry, and Molecular and Cellular biology. Mr. Manuele also graduated summa cum laude from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. In 2000, he was listed in Who’s Who in America’s Colleges & Universities.
Mr. Manuele is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of New York, and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania U.S. Federal District Court (In re: Asbestos Products Liability Multi-district Litigation).
Mr. Manuele concentrates his litigation practice in professional liability, toxic tort, products liability, nursing home negligence, and labor and employment law. Mr. Manuele also provides general counseling to health care professionals and organizations. He represents clients in corporate transactions and offers advice on compliance with federal and state regulations governing the health care industry.
Mr. Manuele has given lectures at continuing education seminars and for local colleges and universities on various legal topics. He has also published articles in the area of health care fraud and abuse.
Mr. Manuele is a member of the Defense Research Institute (DRI), the New York State Bar Association, and the Bar Association of Erie County. He was recently appointed as a Vice Chair of the DRI Medical Health Care and Liability Law On Line Community.
