Andrew Feldman attended the State University of New York at Buffalo, and attained both his undergraduate and legal degrees from this institution. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in both State and Federal Court, and handles matters for clients throughout New York State. He has distinguished himself by counseling and defending professionals in all fields, particularly in the areas of health care and professional liability. He is experienced in matters involving products liability, environmental law, toxic tort law, labor law, personal injury, insurance coverage and health law.
Gordon D. Tresch is a graduate of Gordon College, Wenham, MA., and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. He also studied political science at the graduate level at Drew University, Madison, New Jersey.
James E. Eagan is a graduate of the State University of New York at Binghamton. He obtained his law degree from the Tulane University School of Law, where he graduated cum laude, was a member of the Moot Court Board and the winner of the Chaffe, McCall, Phillips, Toler & Sarpy Appellate Competition.
Adam C. Ferrandino attended Valparaiso University and received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1990 and his Juris Doctor degree in 1993. He is admitted to practice law in the New York State and Federal Courts. Mr. Ferrandino has also been admitted pro hac vice in State and Federal Courts throughout the country.
Mark S. Nemeth graduated cum laude in 1987 from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his law degree, cum laude, from Cleveland State University, Cleveland-Marshall College of Law in 1993, where he was given the American Jurisprudence Award in Ethics and in Secured Transactions. Mr. Nemeth is admitted to practice in New York State and Federal Courts.
Stephen A. Manuele graduated from Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Biochemistry, and Molecular and Cellular biology. Mr. Manuele also graduated summa cum laude from Niagara University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science before attending the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law. In 2000, he was listed in Who’s Who in America’s Colleges & Universities.
Stephen M. Sorrels attended the University of Akron where he earned his Juris Doctor degree and completed his undergraduate studies in Communications and Psychology at the University of Cincinnati. Mr. Sorrels also completed studies and obtained a Masters in Science from Canisius College through the School of Education and Human Services. He is admitted to practice law in New York State and Federal Courts.
Christopher E. Wilkins graduated in 1980 from the State University of New York at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History. He is a 1986 graduate of Louisiana State University Law School.
Alan Bedenko has been practicing law for over 17 years throughout New York and Massachusetts, handling a wide variety of civil and criminal matters.
Matthew S. Feldman graduated from the University of Rochester with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature. Mr. Feldman also graduated from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs with a Master of International Affairs and a certificate from Columbia’s Middle East Institute before attending the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law.
Matthew J. Kibler is Summa Cum Laude a graduate of Canisius College. Matthew majored in Political Science and International Relations, and was a member of the All College Honors Program. Upon graduation, Matthew received the Woodrow Wilson Political Science Award, which is given every year to a graduating student who combines academic achievement with a demonstrated commitment to public service.
