Jonathan H. Dominik graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Buffalo in 2010. He majored in Media Studies with a minor in Philosophy of Logic. In 2013, he graduated Magna Cum Laude from SUNY Buffalo Law School, with a concentration in Civil Litigation. In law school, Jonathan competed in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition, the largest moot court competition in the world. Jonathan competed on SUNY Buffalo’s team for two years, earning awards for his writing. He is a member of the Order of the Barristers, a national honor society for competitors of moot court and mock trial.
Before joining Feldman Kieffer LLP, Jonathan obtained legal experience through clerkships in Buffalo City Court, the United States Attorney’s Office, Federal Court for the Western District of New York, and a plaintiff’s personal injury firm. His practice is primarily devoted to civil defense litigation and asbestos personal injury litigation.
Jonathan teaches International Legal Advocacy as an adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo Law School, and he is a coach of the University at Buffalo’s Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition team. He is admitted to practice in the Western District of New York and the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. He is a member of the New York State Bar and Erie County Bar Associations.
