Ethan Notarius

Ethan S. Notarius is a graduate of SUNY Buffalo Law School (J.D., 2015), and he received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry (B.S., magna cum laude, 2012).  While in law school, he held a legal research and writing fellowship and served as Editor-in-Chief of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal.  Ethan also competed in the Canada-United States Law Institute’s international moot court competition in Washington, D.C., where he placed as a semi-finalist and received awards for his team’s performance.

Before joining Feldman Kieffer LLP, Ethan worked as a summer associate in the Syracuse office of Hancock Estabrook, LLP.  Ethan also spent a summer working at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, located in The Hague, Netherlands.  The ICTY was established by the United Nations Security Council as the first international war crimes tribunal since the Nuremburg trials.  While there, Ethan worked on one of the largest war crimes trials since World War II.

Ethan concentrates his practice in the areas of international law, healthcare law, employment law, and professional liability matters.  Ethan also provides general counseling to healthcare professionals and organizations and maintains a professional proficiency in Spanish.  Ethan is admitted to practice in New York State and is a member of the New York State and Erie County Bar Associations.
